Refund Policy

Returns 
If we have made a mistake on your order, we would like to make it right for you by either allowing you to return your order items for a FULL refund.  In which case we will either provide you a shipping label, or reimburse you for the cost of return using the same service we used (typically USPS).

If you have changed your mind about your order, or have ordered in error, we would like to make it right for you by allowing you to return your ordered items at your expense, for a FULL CREDIT of your purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

In either case you have 5 business days from delivery of the package to alert us to a problem. If 5 business days have passed since delivery of your order before you alert us to a problem, we may still accept your return for orders where we were in error but you must contact us to let us know the situation.  If you have ordered in error an also waited longer than five days to alert us, we may offer you a partial credit, depending upon the circumstances.

In other words, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for instance any item not in its original condition, or which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our own error. Or any order that is mailed or dropped at carrier more than 5 business days after we have accepted your return.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and return or credit you the amount owing.  If there is a problem with your return we will also notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund and the reasons why.
If you are approved, then your refund or credit will be processed immediately.  If a refund is owed, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If a credit is owed, we will either email you a coupon credit code to be used on a future purchase or immediately apply it to a replacement order with any balance returned in the form of a coupon credit code.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit cart/payment method account to confirm this.

If you still can not find your refund, contact us so that we can troubleshoot it on our end.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ask@nwclips.com and send your item to: NWCLIPS, POB 15061, Portland, OR  97293-5061

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: NWCLIPS, POB 15061, Portland, OR 97293-5061

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you have ordered your items in error. If we have made the order error return shipping is on us, using the same method we used to ship to you.
